This Privacy Policy explains how Customi Game Studio ("we", "our", "us") handles information when you use the mobile game "PicPlay: 2 Player Mini Games" (the "Game").

We are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. This policy provides full transparency on what data is processed, why, and how you can exercise your choices.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Photos You Choose

  • If you choose to use a custom photo as a game marker or gameplay image (for example in Tic Tac Toe, Pic Matching, Pica Fall, Pic Pop, and Pic Hero), the photo is processed and stored only on your device.
  • We do NOT upload, transmit, or store your photos on any server.
  • On Android 13 and above, photos are selected via the system photo picker without requiring broad storage permissions. On Android 12 and below, the Game requests read permission solely when you pick a photo.
  • On iOS, the Game requests access to your photo library only when selecting a photo; you can also grant access to selected photos only.
  • No camera permission is requested.

2.2 Game Data Stored on Your Device

  • Preferences and gameplay settings (sound, music, language), scores, and level progress are saved locally on your device. We do not receive or access this data.

2.3 Advertising Data (Google AdMob)

The Game is free and displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To display ads, measure performance, and prevent fraudulent activity, Google may collect:

  • Device identifiers such as the Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID on Android or IDFA on iOS)
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it
  • Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, views)
  • Device and app metadata (hardware model, operating system version, system language, app version)

Depending on your region and the consent choices you make upon launching the Game, ads may be personalized (tailored to your interests) or non-personalized.

2.4 Notifications (Local Reminders)

  • The Game can schedule local reminder notifications (such as a friendly daily reminder to play a mini game).
  • These reminders are generated entirely on your device; no personal information is transmitted and no remote push tokens are used.
  • On Android 13 and above, the Game requests your permission before showing notifications. If you decline, all gameplay features continue to function normally.
2.5 What We Do NOT Collect
  • We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contact list, or precise GPS location.
  • We do not operate our own backend servers to store user accounts or personal profiles.
  • We do not embed third-party behavioral analytics or crash-reporting trackers beyond Google's standard ad SDK.

3. How Information Is Used

  • To display advertisements that keep the Game free to play, and to cap ad frequencies
  • To deliver in-game rewards when you voluntarily choose to watch a rewarded video advertisement
  • To deliver optional local reminders on your device
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations

6. Data Sharing and Sale

  • We do NOT sell your personal information and do not share it with data brokers.
  • Advertising data is collected directly by Google AdMob as described in Section 2.3 and Section 5.
  • We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

7. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately at customigamestudio@gmail.com and we will take immediate steps to delete any such data.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Custom photos, gameplay settings, and game progress are stored solely on your local device. They are permanently erased whenever you uninstall the Game or clear app data in your device settings.
  • Advertising data is retained by Google according to its own privacy and retention schedules. You can reset your Advertising ID via your device settings at any time.
  • Because we do not maintain accounts or store personal user data on external servers, there is no remote account database to delete. For any data inquiries or deletion requests, please contact customigamestudio@gmail.com.

9. Data Security

All data transmitted by third-party advertising SDKs is protected using industry-standard transport layer encryption (HTTPS). While no transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed 100% secure, we design our application to minimize data exposure and protect user privacy.

10. International Transfers

Google may transfer and process advertising-related information in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, utilizing recognized legal safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location and jurisdiction (such as under the European GDPR, UK GDPR, or US state laws including the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the following rights:

  • The right to access, review, or obtain copies of your personal data
  • The right to request rectification or deletion of your personal data
  • The right to restrict or object to the processing of your data, and data portability
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time (via Settings > Manage Privacy)
  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • The right to lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory data protection authority
